An early New Years Resolution

Scrolling through my non-existent blog at the moment now that I got some free time on my hands, thinking to myself, I should start it up again and maybe keep going at it and post more often.

I can't remember why I started this blog, but it was more to fill up my time whilst on holiday / looking for a job and just do a bit of writing.

So I'm gonna try and post more often and maybe get better at this writing thing, just you know having my Carrie Bradshaw moment.

Grammys 2016

I know I'm a little late on posting about the Grammys 2016, but hey Fashion Police is going to air today!

While we were all looking at Taylor Swift and Selena Gomez as best friend goals, no one talked about Ellie Gouldings dress.

Sure it looked simple from the front, but have you seen the back when she turns round in that Stella McCartney dress; those chains give her dress a little more of an edge and is a definite change from the soft baby pink.

ps.. review to follow shortly....

Is the Nivea Men Post Shave Balm your solution to flawless makeup?

Sooo, is the Nivea Men Post Shave Balm your solution to flawless makeup?
I think so, so throw away your primers because Nikki Tutorials just blessed us with the best!

By now you must have heard every girl or guy raving on about the Nivea Men Sensitive Post Shave Balm as a primer, and if you haven't then let me introduce you to this life changing product that will forever change your make up routine!

I have to admit I was a little skeptical about buying the product but Nikki's video convinced me otherwise, and I'm going to do the same to you!

Now you're probably wondering how this acts as a primer, and it's because the after shave contains glycerin, which is what makes the make up stick to your skin. (Thank Nikki for explaining the how and the why)

So day 1 of trying the after shave and the smell was a bit concerning, but after the foundation and rest of my make up went on, the smell was no longer an issue.
Not only did I feel my make up go on flawlessly, but I felt like I didn't have to do any touch ups through the rest of my day.

Yes it worked, but the true test was when I went to the gym later that day and through all that sweat my make up didn't move.So if that isn't a test as to wether this works or not, I don't know what will convince you otherwise.

All I can say is, head down to your nearest drugstore and buy yourself one and if you live in the UK then I suggest going down to Superdrug as they have an offer on the Nivea after shave balm.
